Sujit Choudhry is currently Professor of law at UC Berkeley Law School. Sujit Choudhry currently teaches Comparative Constitutional Law. For a short time, Choudhry was acting Dean of Students for the School of Law. However, he decided that he enjoyed teaching Law much more than assuming the role of Dean of Students.

Previously, Choudhry was a professor of law at New York University School of Law. In addition, Sujit Choudhry was also on staff at the University of Toronto. He is highly respected among colleagues and former students.
Sujit Choudhry attended undergraduate school at Mc Gill University. Choudhry studied the sciences while at Mc Gill University. Basically, he did not decide to study law until Junior year of college. While still residing in Toronto, Sujit Choudhry was a regular member of the Toronto Advisory Panel. Around the same time, Choudhry was also involved with municipal governance.
